WikiRadio Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2026

The service

WikiRadio is a free internet radio player that lets you discover and listen to radio stations from around the world and view available metadata and lyrics. The app does not produce or own the radio content.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal, non-commercial listening and to not reverse engineer the app, infringe intellectual property, interfere with or disrupt the services, or reproduce/resell the app or its content.

Third-party content

Radio streams, artwork, metadata, lyrics, and search results are provided by independent third parties (station owners, Radio Browser, AzuraCast, Last.fm, LRCLIB). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or accuracy. Station content belongs to its respective owners and can change without notice.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular station or feature will remain available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or your breach of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at https://chrisnov.com/wikiradio/terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
